About the Role
  • You will oversee and audit the daily activities of the Front Office and Food & Beverage departments, ensuring operations adhere to our standards and policies.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial and yield reports, supporting strategic decisions and contributing to our success.
  • Command the hotel's operations during the night shift with a graceful and assured presence, ensuring smooth and flawless execution in the absence of Heads of Departments.
  • Meticulously record and address guest feedback in line with operational standards, resolving any issues with promptness and maintaining the utmost levels of guest security and privacy.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the hospitality industry, who can contribute to crafting memorable experiences for our guests.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to display an influential and refined leadership style that inspires and elevates your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
