About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Automation Lead to join our team at Foxtel Management Pty Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technical execution of automated and tactical campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective targeting strategies using complex data sets to boost key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with the data team to ensure test reporting is fast, reliable, and evolves to meet emerging needs.
  • Partner with senior campaign developers to produce integrated campaigns and robust automations.
  • Work closely with broader group teams on Engagement operations and implement cutting-edge Martech capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level CRM, marketing automation, and digital campaign management platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading engagement operations teams and designing complex lifecycle and data-driven campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of data and database marketing, with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a foundational understanding of the needs of streamers, sports, entertainment, and news fans.
