Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Welcome each customer with a warm and friendly smile to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Donor Care Program: Assist in receiving donated goods and communicating with donors to ensure a smooth process.
  • Stock and Display: Organize and display stock items in an attractive manner to meet customer needs.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Regularly clean items, sales floors, and staff areas to maintain a pleasant and tidy environment.
  • Waste Management: Follow sustainable practices to manage waste effectively and minimize our environmental footprint.
  • Safety and Health: Prioritize the safety and well-being of yourself and others by following safe work practices and guidelines.
