We are seeking a skilled Mall Leasing Business Development Executive to join our team at Vicinity Centres.

This role is responsible for working closely with the Centre and Mall Leasing teams to achieve and exceed annual mall leasing budgets.

Key responsibilities include sourcing new mall leasing contacts through visits to other centres, expos, and screening incoming clients to discuss potential conflicts of interest and maximise current retailer experience.

A real estate licence is required for this position, which can be obtained within the first 3 months of employment.

Requirements
  • Proven sales professional with experience in casual mall or pop-up leasing within a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills demonstrated by a background as a high-performing sales executive.
  • Proven background in driving and building new business, with effective conflict resolution skills to meet business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current market trends, consumer needs, and attitudes, with a passion for driving outcomes to improve retailer experience.

This role requires a current Sub Agents Licence and a willingness to work across multiple locations, including Eastlands and Northgate Shopping Centre.
