Job Title: Sports Coach

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic sports coach to lead our hockey program for the upcoming season.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing a training program to enhance the physical presence of players, upholding ISA Code of Conduct and SACS ethos and Culture, and providing coaching expertise to support student engagement in quality skills-based training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend training days at Sydney Olympic Park
  • Ensure coaches are prepared for their sessions
  • Run skills sessions for identified weaker coaches
  • Provide written analysis on team and individual performance

Requirements

  • Minimum Club Coach accreditation in Hockey
  • Specialist knowledge and experience as a coach
  • Passion and enthusiasm to coach and mentor in a school sport environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide coaching expertise
  • Commitment to upholding SACS ethos and Culture and the Independent Sporting Association Code of Conduct
