We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Co-worker to join our team at IKEA. As a Sales Co-worker, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert advice and guidance on our home furnishing products.
Key Responsibilities- Act as an IKEA Ambassador, understanding the impact of your role on customer experience and providing solutions to meet their needs.
- Approach customers to identify their needs and offer tailored advice on kitchen solutions.
- Support customers with their kitchen design process using our in-house 3D rendering software and product catalogue.
- Follow up with customers after initial planning appointments to discuss their kitchen designs, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Ensure the sales area is stocked, presentable, and correctly priced.
- Build strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- A passion for our home furnishing products and working with customers.
- Ability to liaise confidently with existing and new customers via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others, understanding customer needs and building strong relationships.
- A 'Togetherness' mindset, working closely with your team and other departments while also working autonomously with a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn about all technical aspects of the IKEA product range.
- A safe mindset and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including repetitive movements and lifting.
