Industrial and Employee Relations Adviser

Job Description:

The Australian Nursing Federation represents more than 43,000 nurses, midwives, and carers across Western Australia. We are dedicated to protecting and advancing their professional, industrial, and workplace rights, while promoting fairness, equality, and the highest standards of practice.

About the Role

We are seeking Industrial & Employee Relations Advisors to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting members with workplace, industrial and employment issues. The work is varied and rewarding – from providing advice and guidance, to assisting in negotiations, to representing members in workplace meetings where required. You will also contribute to the union's broader industrial strategy in achieving outcomes for the nursing and midwifery professions.

This process will be used to fill current vacancies and may also be used to create a pool of suitable applicants for future roles (permanent or fixed-term, full-time or part-time) over the next 12 months.

The current vacancies are permanent, with full-time hours available. Flexible part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
