About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic commercial function, focusing on Diageo's premix portfolio.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a share-winning growth strategy to grow our brands with one of our key retailers.

Your primary objective will be to maximise the sell-in and management of performance of our promotional program and execution of our JBP initiatives.

This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive data into practical insights, as well as excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including category, shopper marketing, and the broader commercial team, to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will have established experience in promotions, account management, or key account management, ideally within an FMCG or Liquor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and negotiation of the promotional program for this key customer group.
  • S_support the delivery of strong internal metrics, including volume, net sales value, gross profit, and trade spend.
  • Drive cross-functional and commercial peer engagement, ensuring consistency and collaboration.
  • Lead the S&OP process for the premix portfolio, working closely with the demand team.

What We Offer
