Key Responsibilities:

In this capacity, you will:

  • Guide a compact team in enhancing operational efficiencies
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving intricate shipment challenges
  • Evaluate and implement best practices throughout the organization
  • Foster your team's capabilities through effective onboarding and ongoing learning opportunities
  • Manage branch finances, risk assessment, and compliance, including month-end processes
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with service providers, partners, and clients
  • Assist management and sales teams in formulating quotations for current and potential clients
  • Coordinate orders by liaising with clients, partners, and service providers to ensure seamless shipment arrangements

About You:

You will be a seasoned professional in freight forwarding, comfortable in a hands-on and dynamic environment. You thrive on challenges and are committed to providing an exceptional experience for both your team and clients.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Prior experience in a leadership capacity within the freight forwarding sector
  • Adeptness in troubleshooting complex shipment challenges for clients and team members
  • A keen attention to detail while maintaining a strategic outlook
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality services
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Cargowise, ICS, and 1-Stop
