Job Role Overview
  • We seek an experienced retail professional to lead a newly opening store at Chatswood Chase.

About the Position

  • Successful candidates will have supervisory and/or management experience in customer service or apparel sales.
  • A proven track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, wage budgets, and mystery shops is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and extensive people management expertise with the ability to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team are required.
  • A keen eye for detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising are also necessary.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to identify growth opportunities is highly valued.
  • Vibrant, energetic, and authentic individuals with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Fine grooming and personal presentation are expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Manage inventory, control shrinkage, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
