Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our menswear team in creating an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize sales and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive company growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
