About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Availability Services Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of solutions, projects, and business outcomes for assigned clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leads internal and external teams to achieve client objectives, often in complex matrix environments.
  • Manages Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), assigning tasks and providing overall direction.
  • Communicates effectively with all levels of management, from technical managers to C-level executives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include customer support operations, hands-on lab services experience, and excellent problem-solving skills.
