Job Summary: We are seeking a Youth Worker to join our team on a casual basis. As a Youth Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive home environment for at-risk youth, empowering them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a Safe and Supportive Home: Foster a secure, nurturing environment for at-risk youth.
  • Empower Daily Living: Assist with personal care, meals, and hygiene to promote independence.
  • Facilitate Transportation: Ensure young people attend school, appointments, and community activities.
  • Promote Growth: Encourage skill development and socialization within the local community.
  • Manage Health Needs: Administer medications and maintain accurate reporting.

Requirements:

  • Australian Drivers License (P2 or higher)
  • Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • The ability to work a mixture of day, night and weekend shifts as required
