As a key member of our school community, we are seeking an inspirational leader to play a vital role in the faith formation of staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed the vision, mission and values of the College into all aspects of school life by promoting the Catholic faith within the community.
  • Nurture and promote the Salesian charism of education as outlined in the writings of St John Bosco through ongoing staff and student formation.
  • Lead human resource functions including professional learning, staff performance, feedback and wellbeing to ensure staff culture and practices align with the College's vision, mission and values.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of staff formation and professional learning programs that foster a positive and inclusive community.
  • Collaborate with the Principal in the pastoral care of staff, students and families to achieve their full potential.
  • Contribute as a valued member of the College Leadership Team.

  • The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader who demonstrates a deep commitment to Catholic education and the Salesian ethos, possessing strong leadership skills and experience in faith development and school culture.
  • They will have expertise in staff development and wellbeing, with a collaborative, relational approach to fostering a positive and inclusive community.
  • Possess excellent people leadership skills, with a proven track record of embedding vision, mission and values into school life.
