We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients presenting with a range of emergency conditions.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and carers to promote health literacy and self-management skills.
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and compliance with Australian standards for safety and quality in healthcare.
