Development Assessment Planner Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Development Assessment Planner to work on proposals ensuring compliance with environmental plans, legislation, and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate proposals for compliance with local environmental plans (LEPs), development control plans (DCPs), and NSW planning legislation
- Provide recommendations and reports for council decision-making or delegated approvals
- Consult with residents, developers, government agencies, and other stakeholders on planning matters
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Urban/Town Planning or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a Development Assessment Planning position or equivalent
