We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coach for Growth to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting and coaching Centre Directors to achieve excellence in centre performance.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with Centre Directors to develop and implement strategies that drive improvement in centre performance, while also providing coaching and support to ensure their success.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within the early learning sector.
  • Strong business acumen, including experience in budgeting, financial management, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Centre Directors and other stakeholders.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
