As a Disability Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Your duties will include delivering personalized support, motivating clients to make their own choices, and building skills to be more independent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Transporting clients in our wheelchair-accessible vans and pool cars
  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to clients

Requirements:

  • Experience working with people with disabilities
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
  • Local to the Northern Beaches area
