Key Roles

We're seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Bar and Waiting Team Member.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, serving drinks and food in a warm and friendly manner, and maintaining the high standards of our business.

You'll have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training programme, and progress within our organisation if you wish.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Deliver outstanding guest service at all times, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience.
  • Serving Drinks and Food: Serve drinks and food to guests in a warm and friendly manner, adhering to our high standards.
  • Setting Up and Closing Down: Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service or the next trading session.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas, adhering to our high standards.

Payscale Information:

  • Under 18: £8.85 per hour
  • 18-20: £10.05 per hour
  • 21 and over: £12.26 per hour
