Role Overview

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our Payroll and Revenue Audit functions. You will work closely with our Finance Manager to provide financial reporting and analysis, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Payroll and Revenue Audit functions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain management reports to provide insights for effective decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy of accounting systems and prepare statutory returns in accordance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and either CPA or CA certification
  • Experience managing finance teams and strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, along with interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry is highly desirable, as is familiarity with Payroll and Revenue Audit functions
