Business Leader for Mental Health Strategy

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our health and wellbeing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting employee wellbeing, managing Employee Assistance Programs, and collaborating with leaders to build capability in supporting employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement initiatives that improve employee wellbeing and recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to build organisational capacity in supporting employee wellbeing.
- Manage Employee Assistance Programs, BodyCare initiatives, and Return to Work, Recovery and Fitness for Work programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in return to work and wellbeing outcomes.
- Oversee workers' compensation activities to ensure compliance and quality outcomes.
- Monitor trends, analyse data, and provide insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related field.
- State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) Return to Work coordinator training.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in injury management, recovery at work or wellbeing roles.
- Experience implementing strategic recovery and return to work programs.
- Strong compliance focus and ability to manage confidential matters.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a small team.
