Position Summary:

Are you seeking a dynamic role where each day presents new challenges? Ooh Media is currently offering an exciting opportunity within our Regional Installation team for a Regional Installer. This position involves traveling across regional areas to install and maintain Ooh Media's billboard displays.

This unique role requires you to work away from home, departing from the depot on Monday mornings and returning on Fridays. We cover all expenses, including meals, transportation, and accommodation. Expect to travel for three weeks out of four, followed by a fully compensated week off to reward your dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough preparation of billboard materials and equipment for each installation project
  • Erecting billboard structures and applying skins
  • Regularly working at heights ranging from 2 to 10 meters
  • Performing maintenance tasks such as painting, vegetation clearance, and rust treatment
  • Safely utilizing ladders, hand tools, power tools, and other necessary equipment
  • Adapting to flexible start and finish times as required
  • Upholding high standards of workplace health and safety practices
  • Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the process

Candidate Profile:

  • Comfort with working at heights is essential
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
  • Proficiency in the safe use of power and hand tools
  • A valid and clean manual driver's license is mandatory
  • Eagerness to learn, with support from experienced installers
  • Capability to pass drug and alcohol testing
  • Commitment to adhering to all occupational health and safety regulations

Additionally, you will excel in a collaborative environment, working closely with your travel partner and fellow Regional Installers. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset are vital for success in this role.
