About the role at Pyramid Global Technologies
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Specialist to lead our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure the effective management of cyber security risks.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance, with relevant industry certifications and experience in developing and implementing security control assurance programs.
- They will also have a comprehensive understanding of industry-wide security standards and compliance frameworks, as well as significant experience in developing and implementing supply chain risk assessment frameworks.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cyber security self-assessment and controls assurance exercises, as well as undertaking cyber security risk advisory or strategy services to identify, evaluate, report on, and remediate cyber security risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of the ISMS, including governance policies, standards, and processes.
- Conduct cyber security self-assessment and controls assurance exercises to assess the effectiveness of key controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Undertake cyber security risk advisory or strategy services to identify, evaluate, report on, and remediate cyber security risk.
- Develop and implement security control assurance programs to ensure the effective management of cyber security risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security into business operations and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber security roles within major organisations.
- Relevant industry certification(s) such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry-wide security standards and compliance frameworks.
- Significant experience in the development and implementation of information security management systems, policies, and standards.
- Significant experience in the development and implementation of security control assurance programs.
- Significant experience in the development and implementation of supply chain risk assessment frameworks.
