**Job Overview**

Sales Travel Specialist

Sales travel specialists are the face of our organisation, responsible for opening up the world for our customers. They possess a passion for travel and are skilled at creating dream itineraries that leave lasting memories.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build personalised travel itineraries for customers
  • Share travel knowledge and make recommendations to suit customer preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • Manage bookings, invoices, and operate complex booking systems

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of travel industry software
