About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Optical Dispenser to join our team. As an Optical Dispenser, you will be responsible for providing patient-centric care and delivering optimal visual solutions in a busy retail environment.

You will work closely with patients to understand their eye care needs, provide expert advice on glasses and contact lenses, and ensure that all optical products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients

  • Dispense and adjust glasses and contact lenses to precise specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in an optical dispensing role or related field
  • Certificate III in Optical Dispensing or relevant qualification
