Job Title: Health and Safety Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Montu. As a Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for leading our health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and developing and implementing effective safety policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead health and safety incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the safety of employees and customers.
- Collaborate with employees and management to identify and address health and safety concerns.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Health and Safety or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a health and safety management role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
