We are seeking a skilled Waitstaff to join our dynamic Front-of-House team. As a key member of the FOH, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive dining experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Waitstaff to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be working with a talented team to deliver outstanding service and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Waitstaff in a similar environment and possess excellent communication skills. They will also be able to work well under pressure and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Run a section of 7-8 tables confidently and efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
