The Role:

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is currently seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Professional to join a fast-paced project focused on improving resource management across Queensland.

As a key member of the team, you will work on transcribing and managing large sets of data, ensuring accuracy, structure, and consistency across systems.

Your contribution will directly support the development of reliable and efficient reporting for environmental and resource decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately transcribe and input data into spreadsheets and databases
  • Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Maintain, organise, and back up data for easy reference and retrieval
  • Process and merge data from various systems
  • Conduct quality checks and liaise with data owners
  • Respond to data-related requests from staff
  • Ensure sensitive data is handled securely
  • Identify and troubleshoot data entry issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:
