Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team in the Anaesthetic/ECT Suite. The successful applicant will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care with precision and compassion.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to strict protocols.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to nursing colleagues to enhance patient care.
  • Conduct education and support sessions to empower individuals and patients to manage their health effectively.
Essential Criteria
  • Current registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
  • A Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing or working towards it is preferred.
  • A valid Working with Children check is required.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional patient care is essential.
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards is expected.
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are vital.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Basic computer skills are essential for this role.
