Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Mainframe Intern, you will be working with cutting-edge technology, supervising and controlling intricate networks and applications, and operating distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.
You will perform batch operations as per service agreements, analyze first-level issues across systems, and resolve/route issues as appropriate. Additionally, you will develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring high-quality services.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and offers various opportunities for career growth and development.

While location is not strictly necessary, being based in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia is considered advantageous due to easier collaboration with local colleagues.
