About the Team

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with customers, internal and external teams, and participate in external technical community events to share ideas and insights.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customers' overall business and IT priorities for platform engineering, cloud applications, AI adoption, and low-code opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering, insights on usage, and application patterns to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Support customer skilling by making skilling recommendations or delivering technical discussions, workshops, and other cloud readiness activities.
  • Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results and help customers get value from their Microsoft investments.
