Animal Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of a permanent full-time receptionist at our veterinary hospital.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy appointment schedule and provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.
- Assist with reception administration tasks, including data entry and processing payments.
- Work occasional Saturday shifts and be available for overtime as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing and/or reception role within the animal industry or clinic environment is highly desirable.
- A Certificate III in Animal Studies would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff members.
