Our team of self-starting graduates will join our two-year graduate program, becoming part of a supportive network of rehabilitation consultants dedicated to this mission.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Evaluate treatment and rehabilitation needs for workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries
  • Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living
  • Specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate clients
  • Help clients identify future employment options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications, and interests
  • Effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
  • Engage with stakeholders and build relationships to facilitate business objectives

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Eligible for AHPRA accreditation upon graduating
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • Comcare accreditation (desirable but not essential)
  • Working with Children Check and national criminal check
  • Full drivers' license
