Drilling Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Drilling Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our drilling crew, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment and performing various tasks to support the success of our operations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in drilling and blasting operations, with experience working in large open pit mining environments. You will be self-motivated, disciplined and possess excellent communication skills.
In this role, you will work closely with our drilling supervisor to ensure safe and efficient operation of drilling equipment. You will also contribute to the achievement of quality production goals and participate in a flexible and motivated production crew.
The ideal candidate will have a HR driver's license and at least 2 years' experience operating drilling and blasting equipment. If you are a team player with a passion for drilling operations, we encourage you to apply.
About this opportunity:
- This is a permanent position with an 8/6 (day shift) or 7/7 (night shift) roster based at our Pilgangoora Operation.
- You will be required to work safely and efficiently to meet operational requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
