Vip Travel Consultant Job Description

As a Vip Travel Consultant, you will be the key to unlocking our clients' dream vacations. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that every client feels valued and respected.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can develop strong relationships with clients, utilize their knowledge of global distribution systems and fares & ticketing to create customized travel itineraries, cultivate strong sales skills and excellent phone manner to secure bookings and exceed revenue targets, and provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Create personalized travel itineraries using your expertise in global distribution systems and fares & ticketing
  • Develop strong sales skills and excel at securing bookings and exceeding revenue targets
  • Provide top-notch customer service and address any issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Familiarity with Fares & Ticketing principles
  • Strong sales focus with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
