We're seeking a highly motivated Group Fitness Team Leader to join our Nundah club. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving attendance growth in Group Fitness classes, inspiring members on their fitness journeys, and fostering a vibrant, supportive community within the club.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to increase Group Fitness class participation.
- Mentor and support Instructors to ensure high-quality classes.
- Manage Instructor schedules and timetables to meet member needs.
- Oversee Instructor invoices and payment processing.
- Promote Group Fitness classes and events through social media channels.
- 3+ years of experience teaching Group Fitness with a strong understanding of group dynamics.
- Les Mills Certification: Qualified in at least two Les Mills programs with advanced training in one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Opportunity to earn additional income by teaching up to 40% of classes.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
- Free gym membership to all Fitness Cartel locations.
