About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Room Attendant to join our team at a conveniently located Sydney hotel in Surry Hills, next to Sydney Central Station. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and maintaining guest room pantries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness
  • Replenish amenities and restock supplies as needed
  • Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order
  • Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess full Australian working rights, have a proven track record of room servicing, and take pride in customer service. Additionally, you will require strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate honesty and reliability.

The estimated salary range for this role is AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
