We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our clinical care team in a luxury aged care facility on the NSW North Coast. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will oversee the clinical care of elderly residents, specializing in dementia, wound care, and palliative care.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage assessments, care plans, and medication for residents
* Conduct case conferences with families and provide recommendations
* Analyze clinical indicators and provide guidance to the team

**Requirements**

* Current registration with AHPRA
