At Arts Centre Melbourne, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ticketing Systems Specialist to join our Customer Growth business unit.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering proactive, customer-focussed service to our clients, providing advice and accurately configuring and maintaining ticket builds.
This is a full-time fixed term position from February to September 2025. The salary for this role is $84,502.00 p.a., plus superannuation.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and maintain ticket builds to meet client requirements
- Provide expert advice on ticketing solutions and best practices
- Develop and implement sales and service solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless event settlements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience in the ticketing industry
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Tessitura
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
