Job Opportunity: Providing Personalised Support to Clients

This role offers a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes.

As a Specialised Carer, you will be responsible for delivering essential care services that enable older adults to live independently and maintain their dignity. Your duties will include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication management.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a solutions-focused approach. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are also essential requirements.

While previous experience in aged or community care is beneficial, we can provide training and support for those looking to start their career in this field. A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $31.31 - $34.12 plus kilometre reimbursement, paid travel time, and the provision of a work mobile phone. Our full-time employees enjoy secure employment on a 14-day permanent part-time roster, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
