About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team in Australia for a 12-month internship program. As a Finance Associate, you will work closely with our Finance Team to support GSK Australia and ViiV Australia in understanding and interpreting key levers that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Partners with the monthly Demand Review Meeting and Monthly Performance Review in conjunction with supply chain and commercial teams.
  • Assist Finance partners in preparing commentary and analyzing sales performance, operating expenses, and overall P&L performance.
  • Champion Finance initiatives that result in process improvements.
  • Analysis of data to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with offshore finance hubs to optimize month-end management reporting.
  • Work with market access teams to reconcile special pricing arrangements claims.
  • Preparation of financial information for business presentations.
