High-Tech Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive high-tech maintenance specialist to play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our site operations.

This key team member will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance tasks, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to keep equipment running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to unplanned maintenance requests and execute scheduled maintenance tasks in line with engineering standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Participate in regular planning meetings to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the development of effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source parts and recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Supervise contractors when required and ensure that tasks are completed to standard.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and undertake required training to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Essential Requirements
  • Trade Certificate – Mechanical Fitter or equivalent qualification.
  • Pneumatics and Hydraulics experience (certification desirable).
  • Experience with industrial conveyor and bagging equipment (desirable).
  • Familiarity with safety and quality control practices is essential.
  • Basic computer literacy; SAP experience is desirable.
  • Current driver's license and Forklift operating certificate.
  • HRWL Boom Type EWP, LVR/CPR, and First Aid certificates (desirable).
