As a key member of our clinical governance team, you will be responsible for coordinating care and providing clinical guidance to our teams to ensure the provision of high-quality, best-practice clinical care to our residents and participants.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Governance and Compliance
- Provide clinical advice and guidance to our care and support teams to ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements.
- Assist in identifying service gaps and improvements and lead ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve clinical best practice.
- Care Coordination and Case Management
- Coordinate care and provide support to residents and participants with complex needs and behavioral concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and provide ongoing support to residents and participants.
- Training and Development
- Provide training and supervision to care and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Assist in the development of clinical policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Quality and Risk Management
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical care and services.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse Registration as approved by the Australian Nurses and Midwifery Board.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- NDIS Mandatory Worker Orientation Certificate of Completion.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance within the last five (5) years.
- COVID-19 Infection Control Certificate.
- Current COVID-19 vaccination certificates.
- First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Training.
- 100 points of identification.
- Right to work within Australia.
- Current Driver License and associated Insurance.
