The Ninja Master is responsible for managing and growing Ninja Parc Academy classes, delivering high-quality coaching and leadership to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Ninja Parc Academy programs for kids, teens, and adults
- Deliver regular Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger development sessions
- Ensure the quality of all Ninja Parc products and programs
- Achieve Ninja Parc Academy growth targets
- Organize and deliver Ninja competitions
- Build relationships with the local community and promote Ninja Parc
- Lead a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers
- Ability to deliver high-quality coaching and leadership
- Strong leadership qualities and a proactive attitude
- Coaching qualification and current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Driver's License
- Experience in gymnastics, obstacle/ninja, parkour, or calisthenics
- Experience working with children and in customer service
