Belt Splicing Manager

Job Summary

A Belt Splicing Manager is needed to oversee belt splicing operations, plan and coordinate crew workload, conduct safety inspections, interact with customers, and accurately complete necessary documentation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of belt splicing, including steel cord and fabric, planning and coordinating crew tasks, conducting regular safety audits, engaging with clients, and completing relevant paperwork accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all belt splicing operations
• Plan, organize, coordinate, control and support the crew's workload
• Conduct regular Safety Audits and Corrective Action
• Interact with Clients to understand and deliver their needs
• Accurately complete the necessary documentation associated with Safety and Splicing
• Report any incidents, hazards or near misses

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Belt Splicing Supervisor
• Good knowledge of all forms of Belt Splicing and Installations
• Extensive Steel cord and fabric experience
• Strong commitment to Safety
• Strong leadership and management skills
