Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care to children aged six weeks to six years. They will work closely with colleagues and centre management to develop and implement innovative learning programs that reflect current best practice in early years thinking and pedagogy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing engaging and stimulating learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Participating in professional learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
