Job Title: Director of Employee ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of employee wellbeing strategies, overseeing a team responsible for delivering initiatives that enhance staff engagement, resilience, and safety.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and integrate wellbeing strategies to improve employee wellbeing and safety, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform support and service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team responsible for delivering employee wellbeing and safety initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes open communication and employee satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize contemporary data and research to inform strategic decisions, ensuring that employee wellbeing initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
