This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Customer Relations Representative based in Brisbane. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing professional, efficient, and timely support to our internal and external customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving purchase orders from all internal and external customers via email or system-generated orders.
- Accurately processing purchase orders, credits, and other relevant data within specific time frames.
- Providing professional phone support to our internal & external stakeholders and redirecting when required.
- Communicating effectively with other areas of the business, suppliers/vendors to resolve customer queries and complaints regarding services.
- Planning and managing daily customer relations activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of all customer-related orders and returns.
- Working with various systems and processes.
- Resolving complaints by communicating professionally and effectively.
- Maintaining Applied Medical's quality standards regarding its products, procedures, policies, operations, and customer contact.
- Observing all Health & Safety policies and procedures and taking reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact the health and safety of others.
- Performing additional duties and responsibilities as required by Leadership.
