As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering direct personal care and domestic assistance to our clients. You will work in a team environment, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care, including assistance with showering, grooming, and mobility needs
- Assisting with domestic tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Observing clients' physical, emotional, and behavioral status, and reporting any concerns
- Providing social support and transportation services as required
- Ensuring clients' rights and individual needs are respected
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals who share our values and commitment to delivering high-quality care. If you have a Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent, a current Victorian Driver's Licence, and a registered vehicle, we encourage you to apply.
