Food and Beverage Supervisor Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, presentation, supervision, and control of beverage items in a fast-paced outlet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues alike.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, spirits, and wines to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Effectively oversee bar service, manage inventory levels, and ensure seamless operations across all areas.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of bartenders to achieve optimal service standards and quality.
  • Develop innovative strategies to increase revenue and consistently deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record as a skilled Bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale bar environment.
  • Exceptional knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine, with the ability to recommend menu combinations and upsell alternatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to remain composed and perform efficiently in high-pressure situations.
